Terms & Conditions
General Terms and Conditions of Sale
for purchases made on www.loliodivincenzo.com
Idressitalian Srl, registered office at Via San Marco 21, 20121 Milan, Italy, VAT No. 10019240958 (“Idressitalian Srl”), is the legal owner of the brand “L’Olio di Vincenzo” (“L’Olio di Vincenzo”).
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&C”) govern all purchases made through the Website.
The offers available on www.loliodivincenzo.com (the “Website”) are directed exclusively to consumers, meaning individuals purchasing products for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity.
L’Olio di Vincenzo may sell its own products or allow third-party sellers to offer their products on the Website. Each product page clearly indicates whether the product is sold by a third party.
In such cases:
-
L’Olio di Vincenzo acts solely as a platform,
-
the contract of sale is exclusively between the customer and the third-party seller,
-
L’Olio di Vincenzo is not a party to the contract and assumes no liability for its performance, nor does it act as an agent of the seller.
The third-party seller is solely responsible for the sale, product compliance, and handling of claims or disputes.
1. Contract Formation
1.1 Private-use declaration
By placing an order, you confirm that the purchase is made exclusively for private use.
1.2 Order placement and confirmation
By clicking “Buy Now”, you place a binding order for the products in your shopping cart.
After submitting an order, you will receive an order confirmation email within one hour.
The contract is considered concluded when you receive this confirmation from L’Olio di Vincenzo.
If you do not receive the confirmation within the timeframe above, the order is deemed not accepted, and therefore has no effect.
Orders are processed and shipped only after full payment of the purchase price and shipping costs.
1.3 Product availability
L’Olio di Vincenzo shall not be held liable for unavailability due to reasons outside its control.
If a product becomes unavailable, you will be informed without undue delay and fully refunded.
1.4 No obligation to procure unavailable products
L’Olio di Vincenzo has no obligation to procure unavailable products from other sources.
Our obligation is limited to products available in our warehouse or from partners’ stock.
1.5 Prevention of automated or fraudulent orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed through automated systems—such as bots, crawlers, scripts, or external ordering services.
2. Prices and Shipping Costs
2.1 Prices
The customer must pay the price indicated on the product page at the time of ordering.
All prices are final and inclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Shipping costs
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and vary depending on the delivery method and the destination.
The total cost is shown during checkout, before order submission.
2.3 Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or local charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or in the shipping costs displayed on the Website.
These charges, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to customs authorities or the courier upon delivery.
L’Olio di Vincenzo has no control over such costs and cannot provide estimates, as customs policies vary from country to country.
3. Payment
3.1 Accepted payment methods
We generally accept:
-
Bank transfer
-
Credit cards
-
PayPal

You agree to receive invoices and credit notes exclusively in electronic form.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase, except for products not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, where the packaging has been opened (e.g., food, beverages, cosmetics).
4.1 How to exercise the right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day on which you—or a third party designated by you—acquire physical possession of the product.
For multiple items shipped separately, the 14-day period begins upon receipt of the last item.
